We love this season of the year! It is always a new cycle of life, rebirth, an image of hope, when the dark and bare branches of the trees begin to fill with leaves and the environment is covered in green and bright colors.
Spring is a happy time of calm. That is why it is an auspicious time to cultivate our inner peace and strengthen the family, and thus be prepared for the storms that are to come.
In this edition, Father Miguel teaches us that Lent is also an invitation to strengthen the spirit for a rebirth even closer to Christ. Gabriel Muñoz shares with us about the strong storm he and his wife Lupita faced with a disease; Dr. Lourdes Valdés advises us to prepare our children so from a young age they gain security and ability to solve their problems; Beatriz Green asks us to reflect on how we are teaching the faith in our home; and Bruno Palomares offers us the beginning of a story to continue, with “An unexpected encounter”.
In the interview, Braulio and Josefina Calvo give us an example of committed, simple, faithful, married love with many springs, fifty-eight, to be exact! And World Marriage Encounter gives us inspiration and challenges us by recognizing the longest marriages in the United States.
